15 Weeks Pregnant: Stretching out
Baby development
Your baby at 15 weeks
Bones continue hardening, and your baby's body is stretching out more. This is also a week when the overall shape starts looking less curled and more like the baby shape most moms picture.
Your body this week
What you might be feeling at 15 weeks
You're feeling more like yourself. Energy is up, nausea is mostly gone, and you might be starting to show. You may notice changes in your hair and skin — some women get that pregnancy glow, others get acne. Both are normal.

This is the week where pregnancy starts to feel less like surviving and more like living. You might have a little more energy, food might taste good, and if you've been hiding your pregnancy, you might be starting to think about telling people. With my fifth, this was the week I finally felt comfortable sharing the news with my older kids — the relief on their faces when they saw I wasn't sick anymore was everything. Your belly might be making its first appearance too. Not a bump yet, just a little fullness, but it's real.
